Hi, I've tried about every shampoo that can exist, even the salon professional ones. I know its not dandruff because my scalp has no flaking and i've tried dandruff shampoos and they don't seem to work. I dont know if the shampoos are to harsh for my scalp that my scalp get dry an itchy. I don't know what to do anymore.

You should see a dermatologist since there are several kind of dermatitis of the scalp which can cause it to be dry and itchy. It does not have to flake to be either Seborrheic Dermatitis, or Atopic Dermatitis  or Psoriasis or a Contact Dermatitis. A dermatologist can help you determine what is causing this and then give you the right treatment. You may need a prescription for a cortisone lotion.
