hair loss

hello dr from past 1 month i noticed there is more hair fall than previous 2 years and my age is 29 and my father has bald ,i met tricologist in hyderabad he said to continue (tugain5%,finpecia)and said to continue for 4 months  and i am  worried i may get bald by the time i get married i think my hair may become still thin can u  suggest may how can i prevent fall or any permanany solution

There are two medication that have been shown to help male pattern hair loss.  One is a topical called Rogaine(finasteride) and the other is the oral medication called Propecia.  Both of theses medications together are effective for hair loss.  If they are not effective then the next step is hair transplants.  Hair transplants are the most effective but are expensive.  Your condition is genetic and there are not a lot of options for you.
