Answer
If your hair is thinning you are most likely developing male pattern hair loss.  This condition is genetic.  Treatment is with topical Rogaine for Men(Minoxidil)and oral Propecia.  Other causes of hair loss include thyroid disease, anemia, oral medications, systemic disease, infestations or infections of the scalp.  You would be wise to visit your local dermatologist to find the cause of your hair loss.  The bumps on your scalp could be folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicle or the bumps could be seborrheic dermatitis most commonly called dandruff.
